The story behind each cup
At the center of the laboratory: Xavier Beressy, sourcing, roasting and head barista.
And since June 14th of this year, also Belgian Aeropress champion!
But because we move forward better together, he surrounded himself with his family — Thierry, his brother, and Gillian, his nephew — as well as passionate baristas who share the same vision: to make specialty coffee a given in Belgium, by combining know-how, ethics and creativity!
